wonderful central location
smooth check-inclean room
i found the check-in process went smoothly, i'm grateful. the staff were quite lovely and helped me find my way around the area. my room was very comfy and tidy, exactly what i needed after a long day.

the hotel is a walking distance from the station, a real plus. several restaurants are close, providing numerous dining options. i found it pretty safe to walk around, even at night.

non-functioning air conditioningexcessive noise
The double bedroom felt cramped. Walking around the bed and managing suitcases proved difficult. removing a side table or chairs might have freed some space. the room became uncomfortably hot at night and the air conditioning failed to function. its central location meant keeping the window open was not possible due to external noise. Reception mentioned the air conditioning units were not yet configured after the season changed and no alternatives were provided.

My east facing room on the 13th floor let me open the curtains to blue skies. The room was clean. The hotel's location was superb. I could easily walk to many popular attractions.
